How to Qualify:
You must submit a new RFP by June 30, 2025.
Your group must book a minimum of 50 room nights lodging at one of our meeting properties.
Airfare will be reimbursed upon receipt of airfare costs and copy of signed hotel contract.
The meeting must be booked, and the contract must be signed prior to June 30, 2025.
Airfare reimbursement up to $750 is issued per group contract.
